Price: Off season (16 of Abril, to 30 of June and of 10 September tol 30 of November)-35 CUC for room/night.

High season (1ro of December to 15 of April,  July to August)-40 CUC for room/night.

Address: Paseo del Prado # 20, 5to floor, apto B, betwen Cárcel and San Lázaro. Old Havana.

Price of breakfast: 5 CUC.

Rooms for leasing: Two rooms, each one with private bathroom, cold and heat water the 24 hours, towels, closets, conditioned air and fan.

Descripción: We are renting two big rooms, provided of all the comfort and space that you need, extensive large windows of glass with view to the Bay, Malecón Habanero, Fortaleza del Morro, Fortaleza de  San Carlos (La Cabaña),  private bathroom with heat and cold water and towels, wide closets, conditioned air and fan. A pleasant terrace, perfect place to take a delicious breakfast.

All the places of tourist interest are very close. Just by walking some minutes you can visit El Capitolio, the boulevard of Obispo, the Plaza Vieja, the Plaza de la Catedral, the Plaza de San Francisco, the Estación de Trenes, the Plaza de Armas, the Museo de la Revolución, the bars El Floridita and La Bodeguita del Medio.

If you wants to take:

The breakfast, prepared with quality. that consists in: Juice of fruits, Tropical fruits(mango, papaya, pineapple, banana, melon, according to season).
Jumble, tortilla to the Spaniard, with potatoes and onion or fried egg.
.Bread, honey, butter or marmalade.
.Coffee and milk.

The price is for room and night, not for guests' number.

The breakfast and the dinner are not included in the price of the room.

The payment will be made cash and in CUC. Checks neither credit cards won't be accepted.

The prices vary as it is high season or it lowers. For lodgings of long duration(1 month or more) it is possible to obtain a smaller price.

The payment was made to your arrival to the house.

Telephone, receptionists to the entrance of the building that will indicated you how arriving until us, two elevators with their respective people that will guided you until us.

Eat in the house (Breakfasts, foods, dinners).
