The house is located in a very central area of the Vedado, near the Street Ramp, the Hotels Habana Libre, Nacional, the main theaters, cinemas and restaurants.

Rooms for rent: Two rooms

Price first romm: 25 CUC off season and 30 CUC in high season.

Price second room: 30 CUC off season and 35 CUC in high season.
Balcony seen to a florid and central park of the Vedado, living-dining room where you will be able to enjoy the gastronomic service looking at the environment, hall for go to the rooms, the first one possesses conditioned air, music equipment, fan and mini bar, the second also possesses conditioned air, refrigerator, TV and besides of the matrimonial bed it possesses a personal bed that is placed if it is required, both rooms are very ventilated and clear, the second is bigger, each one possesses private bathroom with cold and heat water inside the room, the beds are very comfortable, the house is very clear and it stands out for its hygiene and good service, the kitchen is totally equipped to offer the gastronomic best service.

Price of the breakfast: Of 3 CUC to 5 CUC.

Price of the lunch /dinner: Of 7 CUC to 12 CUC.

Electric power service: 110v/220v.
