Rooms for rent: Two rooms

The house is to two blocks of the Central Square of the City and of the Catholic oldest Church in Cuba, it possesses 4 rooms with 3 bathrooms, two rooms are employees for the rent each one with private bathroom inside the room with cold and hot water the 24 hours, conditioned air, fan, refrigerator, of being needed the service of TV is possible its location in the moment, if the client needs drying of hair it can be offered. The house possesses two terraces, one in front of the room that is in the second level and the other terrace with view to the sea above this room, has wide dining room, the same as the very modern kitchen, possesses independent entrance for the clients. In the house live only three people, my wife, my son and me. The house is in 70 percent colonial, and is too calm and sure.

Breakfast and lunch/dinner are offered.

Price of the breakfast: From 2.50 CUC to 4.00 CUC

Price of the lunch/dinner: From 7 CUC to 10 CUC.

Children are accepted in the house.

Laundry services are offered.

The house possesses service of electric power of 110v/220v.
