Address: Street Balmaseda # 4 betwen Street Máximo Gómez and Street Ramiro Capablanca, Remedios, Villa Clara, Cuba.
Price: 25 CUC in high season and 20 CUC off season.

The house is colonial, built in 1875, with colored borders of ceramics, wide rooms, marble floors, iron grills and high prop, the windows of the house have panoramic view to the square of San Juan of the Remedies, one of the first Villages that had been founded in Cuba. The house is located in the Historical Center, beside the Art Gallery "Carlos Enríquez", very near to the main monuments, museums and attractions of the Village.
Also there is a welcoming terrace, for to read a good book or simply to take a Cuban Mojito.( A famous Cuban drink)  

Two roomss are leased , each one has conditioned air, fan and private bathroom with cold and hot water.The first room has two matrimonial beds and the second room has a matrimonial bed and another personal one.

The proprietors live and sleep in the same house.

We offer gastronomic service:

Price of breakfast: Of 3 CUC to 4 CUC.

Price of lunch/dinner: Of 8 CUC to 12 CUC.

We have services of drinks and cocktails.

Children are accepted in the house.

We have an official parking with guard during the whole night. 

We offer other services like laundry, children's care, journey in colonial car for the old streets of the city. As well as trips to the beautiful and virgin beaches of the north keys (Santa María).
